i'm working in a company which has a very bad management
and the employees enjoy working i guess so
even the company never announce or inform us that Saturday need to work or not
the employees will still asking and if YES, they'll still go to work!!
*where to find such good employees
well, i'm just a small small character in this company
i think i have no freedom of speech
just hope that the employer will APPRECIATE his employees
because i'm so tired of working in this PEACE office
and i guess everyone feel so?!
if i can get a part time job in Penang

because the management in SEGi Kota Damansara ain't so good too
so i wondering Penang branch will be better or not?!
